Lenovo Debuts the Thinkpad Helix, a Tablet-Laptop Hybrid That's More Flexible Than Us

Lenovo is no stranger to innovative design- have a look at the unparalleled Yoga 13- and that trend continued to day with the crazy Lenovo Thinkpad Helix, a Windows 8 tablet with more that meets the eye. Alone, Thinkpad Helix tablet packs 1080p resolution, an Intel Core i7 processor, 256 GBs of storage, 8 GBs of memory, a Wacom stylus, and LTE connectivity. Much like other Windows 8 tablets, this one comes with a keyboard dock to make it more like a laptop. However, this keyboard case powers the tablet even further, adding 5 hours of extra battery life and allowing the tablet's processor to be overclocked for additional speed. That's not all though, a the tablet an be docked facing forwards or backwards, if you need those sort of things. All of this luxury comes at a price, however, and the Thinkpad Helix costs $1499. Still, is looks like one of the most powerful machines Lenovo has ever produced and it should be out soon.
